Clear explanations, will presented
Great slides, well presented & clearly explained. Interim questions were timely, as was the final test, which did not include questions that were ambiguous

Very thorough course
This course is invaluable and I learnt a very important life lesson with 'Stop, Drop and Roll' should I see anybody actually on fire. I was completely unaware of this.
