Informative and easy to understand
The videos are informative, easy to understand and fulfill the purpose of which they are designed for.
Clear, concise and interesting.
This is a really good overview and informs the reviewer of the main points to be aware of concerning the prevention and dealing with different types of fire. The "test" was a good opportunity to review what had been learnt. I recognise that this is not aimed at Primary Schools specifically, but with young children I would have thought that the guidance would be to lead children out rather than bring up the rear. Children tend to follow quite readily. Thank you for the training opportunity

Plenty of information provided on evacuation procedures and different types of fire. Some questions in the test worded a bit odd but other than that, very good.
