Always good to refresh as we are creatures of habit by always taking things for granted.
Easy to follow and informative
Lots of extras to watch if interested. High quality presentation and all presenters were easy to listen to and voices were clear. Useful to have highlighted transcript to follow alongside the video. Was just a little concerned about the posture of the two blonde female presenters….looked as though they needed to apply some of the spinal alignment to themselves.
