Too generic to be useful

Apart from the sections on making workstations ergonomic, I experienced this course as completely unnecessary and irrelevant to my working practices. This is heightened by the fact we are asked to repeat this every year. Learning and development inputs are much better when they take account of learners needs and starting points. I'm not anti training – in fact I really enjoy it but found this one hugely frustrating.

Very good course

Health and safety is the most important aspect of any workplace. This course was very detailed, very informative, and went into enormous detail with regards cleaning up spills, preventing accidents, and lots of other stuff too.

Essential and necessary training

I would definitely say this training is essential aswell as helpful as it places the fundamental/basics of health and safety rules for all employees.

Most of the course isn't relevant

I've already completed this course so do object to having to take it again.

sleep inducing

I fell asleep in section one until a colleague woke me about ten minutes later. This suggests that either not all of the information is necessary or that the final assessment is to simple to properly gauge someone's attentiveness. although to be fair i think this is the 2nd or 3rd time i have done this module so perhaps it's just muscle memory at this point.
