Already done most of this in full
We have already covered the majority of this in full training sessions. I believe we should have either done this Essential Health & Safety Training OR the individual courses, not both due to my job time constraints. Alternatively ensure that it is possible to skip through areas we have seen previously?

Useful and practical with opportunity to review content. Worth seeing if the use of continuous alarm sounds during videos can cause stress – perhaps it could be reduced?
