Very informative
There is alot of information to remember in one course, I would suggest it is broken down into two courses. After watching the course for about 40 minutes without moving, I felt my eyes ached and back hurt, when the course is actually covering posture and Health & Safety at work.

Some of the questions were form health and safety environment test that I did on February which got into my mind.

Where have done each area's training in more depth it is annoying that it has now been split up to paste together this one – don't see the point unless this one is going to supersede the others
