This test was quite time consuming. Making a couple of mistakes, I had to do the whole thing again was tedious. I would prefer that the questions I'd failed on generated more questions on that subject rather than going over 20 questions again.

This is an excellent course which should also be made available in some form to all people, whether employed or unemployed. It could even be adapted for teaching to children in schools in order to promote Health and Safety from an early age in the school and in the home. My Irish Paramedic brother's youngest First Aid pupil, and one of his very best, was a 9 year-old boy who attended the course with his father, was very calm and capable and passed his First Aid Certificate exams first time and with flying colours.

It might be beneficial to have separate courses for office support staff, warehouse staff, gallery staff etc as it felt as though a great deal of the content wasn't applicable to me and therefore not the best use of my time.
