I enjoyed doing the course.
I have troubles with technology so for me I found that it was easy to understand and I enjoyed doing it,I'm looking forward to doing the next one.

Simple and straightforward
I thought it was quite good that you could stop and start the session (if interrupted). It was a good overview and the test was a good reminder of what you know or picked up. It was irritating to have to do the whole test again when I clicked the wrong answer on the final question! However, it didn't take long to whizz through it again (I think some of the questions also changed). Knowing that I can complete some of it and stop if I need to will make me start it quicker next time I receive an email
Good – and logical
Most of this is common sense, but that said… re-read the test questions and think about your answers before you click on them!

Although this course is helpful, many of the areas are covered in other iHasco training courses….
