I found it very user friendly and good working practice clearly demonstrated.
As i have mentioned above easy to work with,clear and practical advice how to work safely, pitfalls to be aware off. The course was pretty comprehensive and covered many possible situations in the work place.I think a refresh of this at intervals would be helpful and benifical to all workers.
