was a bit long for a refresher
Good quality content, but maybe after a certain LOS / age you shouldn't have to do as in detail. If you've worked in an office before you don't necessarily learn anything new.

The content was simple and clear with a summary after each section. The test was quick and straightforward to complete

All of those videos are very useful and important things to learn. I really appreciate the term of teaching and trying to teach about all of those things.

Easy to follow videos with text avaliable if preferred. Small test at end to condense knowledge and understanding gained.
