very useful tips to protect body and mind
This is not a summary, but feedback for the producers. Very useful tips – though the computer screen videos could have been more accurate. The eye has six muscles; it is NOT the case that different muscles help us see further away, but the same muscles are used for near and distant vision. These muscles adjust as we look near and far. Although we may look down at at 15 degree angle to read, the neck is often compromised when people have their computer screens too low; the head weighs about 5-6 kilos and so the head should really be balanced on the spine / backbone when we work at the computer for long periods, not dropping down. So the 15 degree information is a bit misleading, and the pictures of the computer screens on the training videos shows the screens much lower than what you recommended. We really need to help people protect their eyes, neck and body from computer strain. a 20 second glance into a garden isn't really enough in a 20 minute period of computer work – surely? There is plenty of work on natural vision improvement online, and many therapists who can advise. Thank you for highlighting these, and many more, issues! The more education about this, the better.

Interesting and informative
Make you aware of the hazards arranged you on a daily basis, how to avoid them and how to deal with them in a proper manner.
its ok
A little droll but essential i guess.
Good Summary Information
Good use of previous course content and added new information, gives you just enough bitesize facts to remind you of key safety points.
Patronising
A step by step guide on how to lift a box is, in my opinion, utterly patronising, insulting to our professional intelligence and a waste of our time, in a professional which is overworked, underpaid and rarely lifts heavy boxes.
So helpful to know the small things which impact on our working environment
