A good refresher.
Having completed many Health and Safety training courses, much of this was simply a refresher. It was easy to follow – an improvement would be more variety in presentation styles. I liked the LITE acronym (Load, Individual, Task, Environment) regarding lifting and carrying loads. I also welcomed the reminder about workstation and chair set-ups – thank you!
