Having done these 5 courses 12 months ago which I passed without watching or listening to the content ( just did the EHS basics one and 100% again) there is no need to be redoing these every year. Once for every new hire and then maybe once every 5 years after that.

Was a lot to take in , but enjoyed it.

With courses not every learns by spoken word, majority with learn by being able to see whats being learned in front of them being it word or picture to display this. With my background in management and pubs in general this is by far the worst learning platform I've used, not everyone has 40mins to sit down and complete 1 course, yet majority it's mandatory and puts the user in a predicament of completion of the course. My suggestion, use written word and shorter wording to broaden the learning curse and increase the capability of completing these courses.
