Could have been more focused to QAA work
Good presentation although less engaging than the other sessions And overly long as a significant part of the material was not relevant to the work of the QAA. Could have included a bit more guidance on working in other institutions.

I thought this was the best H&S training I have experienced, and I have been on a few over the years. Comprehensive and up to date information, and very well presented.
Would be better if videos auto-play
The content was good – however it would be better if the videos auto-play when you click "next". If you have clicked "next" before you are ready, you have the option to pause it, but the majority of the time you would be ready.

Succinct
Accessible course materials delivered in a way that allowed me to study at my own pace. The information supported by short videos and a summary, with the occasional Q&A ensures you are made to concentrate.
Repetative
Too long quite a lot of repetition with other courses, difficult to catch what the presenter said sometimes as he spoke so quickly,
