A good basic introduction
A good t basic training course. Covers the essentials clearly. Some of the editing from the longer courses could be modified. I was surprised to find 2 or 3 slides with questions in the course body instead of the end test, an question their value. A lot to cover, but possibly a little too long, and if 5 minutes were removed it would make it better in my opinion.

Informative, repetitive
I think the course was good, but because I previously completed the fire awareness and the display screen equipment, most of it was repeated. Although it was good, I think there could be some structure in place that allowed you to skip it if you'd completed it previously. A suggestion would be that the estimated time of completion be increased by a little as I booked in time in my work schedule to finish these, but found that even though I was clicking next as soon as I could/did not take any breaks, I never managed to finish within the time. I would personally rather an overestimation than an underestimation – especially if I were to look into the additional materials.

Only issue I had was sound on a couple of topics kept on freezing !
A very good course
I failed on 2 questions although I wrote notes down…..These two questions were phrased in a very different way which was misleading.
