The content of this was excellent after 74 attempts to log on & numerous virtual chats to try & resolve this & personal as well , it was then flagged there was a problem for me that isn't very good with technology l found this exasperating hence the 1 star l have a feeling that may affect alot of your feedback as it did affect the content for me once l finally was able to log in but thank you As always as it is helpful to be mindful of others l In my position here find it particularly helpful , as there is alot of diversity with what l do on a daily basis

Excellent Course very well structured
Extremely clear and logical with excellent examples that reflect real life work situations. The advice to take a break is helpful and thoughtful and rare with on-line training.
Useful and informative training
This training is useful and informative and reminds us to think of how our actions can be perceived by others. The only thing very irritating is the use of the American pronunciation of the word "harrassment" rather than the English pronunciation. As this training has been produced using English accents they really should also use English pronunciation rather than American pronunciation.
