This was excellent. Well produced and thought provoking. A 60 minute on line course is quite daunting but it was well balanced, professionally presented with excellent graphics and the time flew.

This course gives you the problems and the solutions everyone should take this course and maybe we will have a better world…workplace

I found this particular module very inspiring as opposed to simply being educational – learning facts to answer multi-choice questions robotically. It put into perspective a powerful sentiment that puts individuals and their myriad of backgrounds and identities at the centre of any working environment. It rationalised equality and diverse policies not simply for imbuing well-being (a powerful reason in its own regard), but the tangible benefits that accrue to the "business", a win-win situation for both employer and employee. It also made me feel proud to live in a society and legal system that values human beings.

The question are of poor quality and the session are too long. I am sure some of the topics can be combined as they are too intense and the whole course could have been covered by the last three slides
