Mad, mad, mad.
I'm sorry but I'm a 53yr old man who who had worked hard all of his life and has never upset any colleague at work, I'm an adult and know how to treat people, no, I do not believe there are more than 2 genders, no I don't believe in gender identity apart from Male and Female, but that doesn't mean I would treat them any differently. This course assumes I wouldn't know how to deal with these situations appropriately and therefore in my busy day I have to take an hour out to comply with a course which explains to me how to do something I'm already doing?. I really do feel that more time could be put into things that are more relevant to my job, and I'm not meaning to sound arrogant I'm just stating how I feel about this topic. Regards.
I thought it was thought-provoking.
I found the course useful but a little too didactic for my liking. The test at the end asked questions to which the answer was usually obvious which rather devalued what would otherwise have been an impressive score.
Far to long
The course is too long and longer than the other courses in comparison. It would be more encouraging/easier to find the time, to complete if it was broken down into smaller modules which could be completed individually.
Good examples
The visuals are good, particularly the equality vs equity one.
