Up to date and on point!

Great guidance and information on sensitive topics. Engaging and interesting.

Really informative!

This was a great Course.I learned a few things about myself and how to handle various different scenarios in the work place. It also helped to highlight some areas that I need to improve on and be a better team player.

Long and arduous course

A hard course that I had to start again. There was a great deal to remember because of definitions and similarities with them.

Conscise and easy to follow

How the topics were split into sections and sub-sections helped and the speakers were engaging.

Some questions wasn't easy to answer

I have dyslexia so I find it very hard fitting a word into a paragraph, though I didn't do to bad I just don't think this test was diverse enough. One question really annoyed me. It was a math's question on how a company puts £1 in fro equality what profit would they receive. Hows this relevant? It was 38% profitable as to the lady speaking but the answer was £4.20. Didn't get that at all to be honest, but all in all was it was long but interesting and I do this all the time and try to instill into the work place and in life.

Practical examples were good

There is a lot of information to absorb if you have not had any prior training. It is pitched at both managers and employees and the roles they play are slightly different, I would be inclined to keep it as simple as possible for employees and remove management responsibilities and do this as an add on for that target group.

Informative and well presented

Good delivery method

I think the delivery method is good and interactive, but the length of this course was rather long. Having already completed equality and diversity training, it became a little repetitive so I was happy to be able to fast forward some of the slides.

Excellent course

Great awareness of diversity thanks

very good

when working on minimised screen with text only, rather than listening, one has to press escape button to get to the next prompt.
