Patronizing divisive finger-pointing
Lecture by stern looking presenters wagging fingers at you and telling you what to assume and how to think correctly. Plus, spurious facts and figures to back up case.
Interesting
I was able to learn more of the differences between Equality, Equity, and Inclusion. It covers a wide range of learning that i was able to know from this training.
Learned new things
Although I am very aware of Equality and diversity and inclusion within my role. I haven't been made aware of Equity before. So was nice to have a training course that allowed me to learn new things
