Useful reminder

Useful reminder how employees at ideal workplace should be treated.

ok, but only young people in team pics

As a gay 59 year old man, I felt "old" people were shown in a negative way, looking stressed in front of a screen, or only in a 1 on 1 picture and never part of a large team meeting. Lots and lots of 20-30 year old diverse good looking people, smiling having fun, vs old person with clip board looking serious. Given the NHS now ask everyone before treatment if they are pregnant I thought the images used weren't inclusive in the pregnancy section.

Way too long

This course is way too long, too many modules that cant be skipped, the content was good but could be reduced significantly

Insightful and thought-provoking.

Everyone thinks they are clued-up and current in their knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion, as an open-minded individual. But there's always something more we should know and we should be constantly education ourselves. Also, it's good to be reminded that it is accepted to ask questions, in a kind and respectful manner, to make sure we are using the correct and accepted terminology. Our children are continuously educated through their schools about important issues like this , and it's important that adults educated themselves too, in and outside the workplace.
