A huge subject with lots of vital information
This course covers such a huge subject with a lot to take on board! I think the explanations are really good and prompt you to think of things in a way to help connect with the potential issues. My own difficulty is fully understanding the Equity side, I think I know what it means but can't seem to identify it in the questions……can I re-read the first section somehow, or is there a way to make it easier to fully grasp it? But I think this is all brilliantly explained, and certainly opens your mind to be more aware. Thank you 🙂

It was very thought-provoking and somewhat challenging
A comprehensive course which covered the important aspects of treating everyone in the workforce with respect whilst ensuring their needs are met. On a personal level, it serves as a reminder that we cannot make assumptions about people whatever their circumstances.
Good content – far too long
This is a complex area with both legal and ethical considerations which requires careful, accurate and sensitive treatment. In large part the course does this very well. But at more than an hour long it is difficult to consistently engage with, despite the sensible measure of introducing breaks. I understand this is a very important area for organisations with considerable risk attached and one I'm also personally committed to so I was happy to invest the time and commitment. But I think many colleagues will not be and so not willing/capable of investing the time/commitment required.
