I found the course very informative, clearly explained and well produced. The 60 second thought reflection in 'your shoes' is an excellent idea for everyone.
Detailed, Comprehensive and Nuanced
This course is very detailed and highlights some extremely important issues. It addresses structural inequalities instead of just focussing on direct discrimination like other EDI courses I have done. Protected characteristics are explained individually and in a way that goes beyond legal requirements. The emphasis on self-reflection also makes this course more meaningful. I feel much more confident being in a workplace where this training is provided.
