Excellent course, highly recommended, I have learned a lot

The course teaches how to challenge your thinking before acting (ACT) which I found really useful and has made me think completely differently about disability i.e. the social model of disability which I had never heard of before.

Insightful but information overload

The course was informative and insightful, however its too long and I had to repeat half of it after being logged out.

Excellent

I enjoyed this training. It was well presented and used real life simulations that were thought provoking. It also contained information about legislation and gender neutral pronouns/titles that was new to me. It is the best EDI training I have done.

Training session

Training sessions are too long, our workload doesn't allow the time to complete these training sessions.

Gender Ideology

Presents adherence to gender ideology as 'best practice', rather than appreciating that most people don't have a 'gender identity' and that women also have rights. Ignores the recent FWS Supreme Court confirmation of the law that 'woman' means a biological woman and since the 2010 Equality Act still requires single sex toilets implying that 'the company could consider reviewing… use of toilet, changing and shower facilities’ would not comply with UK law. 'Gender' is not 'assigned at birth', but sex is determined at conception. 'Intersex' is an outdated term, but DSD are in any case either male or female. The use of 'preferred' pronouns should be a personal matter otherwise you are encouraging companies to compel and police the speech of staff. Following wins for Forstater, Stock, Phoenix, FWS, I would think it ill advised to not take a neutral stance as far as gender ideology is concerned.
