Eye Opening

I found the course to be incredibly eye-opening and informative. It made me realise that there may have been times when I wasn’t fully applying best practices, but the content was delivered in a knowledgeable and engaging way. I’ve come away with new skills and fresh perspectives that I’m excited to implement in my day-to-day work.

Ideological

I had to redo the test a good number of times before I was able to pass this coarse in a way that did not amount to compelled speech. Philosophical beliefs are also a protected characteristic under the equalities act, however certain questions in this test do not take this protected characteristic into account, for example stating that gender is assigned at birth, presented almost as fact and not as an fringe ideology not held by the vast majority of the country's or indeed the worlds population, an ideology based not in science but feelings, has itself violated the equalities act. see Grainger plc v Nicholson (2009) and Forstater v CGD Europe (2021).

Not very interesting and very drawn out

Too long and slow, and to be honest, nothing to do with the industry I’m in, I drive a truck so on My own 95% of the time

Informative and interesting

A good reminder of the variety of different needs and priorities for individuals and how colleagues and employers can ensure equity for all regardless of any difference.
