An hours training well spent for everyone.
A good reminder of what is required
I think the Defibrillator section should be shown as a separate section as it seems a long video watch to take in all the information and by the time you get to the end of all the video shots and to include the general First Aid it is quite a lot of information to remember and process before answering the questions which relate to general First Aid only.
