A good DSE course
I think all staff should be filling in a current DSE for those staff working from home right now.
clear to follow and easy to understand
short clips and easy diagrams/wording to reinforce points.
Great course
I did this course during lock down as I am now working at home and wanted to refresh myself of how to set up my own workstation at home. Just the right amount of detail within the course in small sections so you can stop and follow the instructions to set up your workstation. Particularly liked the suggested stretches to do at your workstation to prevent fatigue, stress and MSD's. I have recommended this course to colleagues. 🙂
