The information was very useful the way it was set out in simple steps. I also liked the exercises which I found very relaxing! There was information that I was not aware of, especially the issues concerning our well-being and the importance of our posture which affects our daily health. A worthwhile and important training exercise.

too slow

The training was good but some of the introduction to each part was unnecessary and we didn't need to watch someone sitting in a position for 10 seconds and then the same on the other side in the exercise part. The best way to set up a work station was good if it hadn't had all the repetitive parts.
