Clear and concise information
Hopefully encourages staff to work safely by giving clear and concise information about how to set up a workstation whether in the office or at home.
basic safety, easy to understand
A lot of the information is common sense. But the guidelines are useful if anything does need changing or updating.

Clear and balanced training ideas, giving employees helpful tips, and reminders about how to approach your working day. Excellent presentation of how to set up your desk, maximum reach zones, and to ensure you move and alter our posture during the day, whether standing or sitting. Some of the material I knew, but some was new to me and was helpfu.

The course was excellent and I learnt a lot. However, the sound on the video's only worked for a couple of seconds so I had to read the information given
