I enjoyed the short sections with a summary at the end of each one. I enjoyed the exercises you can do from your chair, really good video to show you how to do them.

Will definitely make some minor workstation adjustments when I go back into work next week – Main screen to be moved more central, Telephone closer to hand. Company should look at providing individual cleaning wipes/screen cleaner for employees (or have materials located in each office area) I might consider a laptop riser. Rising the desk (at times) and standing to do my work is appealing but this might get expensive if everyone wanted this option
