Possibly the best DSE training I have do

Very important with some new info and delivery of key aspects, showing the exercises was a good and also the subtleties of the alignment of the spine. I am currently using a laptop permanently (with significant time in the office) and require screens, keyboard, docking station so have put in an IT ticket 1 week but have heard nothing yet. I would hope such an important issue is resolved soon as I am hunched over a laptop at the moment.

Simple and easy to follow

Very repetitive

I did find that the sections were very repetitive throughout, and a little too long to complete

Clear and practical

I'm a chronic back pain sufferer and thought I was doing everything correctly…. apparently not! The practical elements of the course – adjustments to work area, stretches, active breaks – are clear, easy to follow and memorable.

It covered every area of DSE

The training covered all aspects of DSE that one may have concerns for and the training was well communicated with specific examples and demonstrations in the appropriate places. It has helped me to understand how to manage my breaks and the setting up of my DSE that gives me the most comfort when working.

A very well designed course

USEFUL TRAINING

The course was useful and I am more aware about the importance of regular exercise, hygiene and posture.

Good basic information

Quite basic but good for anyone who doesn't have much IT experience. Good information about looking after your self while using computer equipment.

Informative, but too easy to pass

It is very informative and gives good guidelines as well as actual exercises to help your body. Sadly the "test" is too easy, with choices being either irrelevant to the question being asked or explained more thoroughly than other wrong answers which makes it too obvious. Some combine both where the answer is almost as long as a summary of one of the videos and the other option is short and irrelevant to the question…

Very Educational

Done a few of these over the years and this was by far the most complete covering all aspects of using DSE.
