Very educative
it's a good program most especially under this lock down; reminding us and adding more information on what we in turn to forget doing as far as DSE is concern in order to stay healthy and avoid causing harm to our body to be able to work efficiently. Is a commendable course.

I found it useful, learnt a few new things and think that the way it was presented makes it very memorable too. I like the suggestion to stop and practice the exercises, etc during the presentation – practising what they were preaching!

I found this course very useful as you tend to quickly fall into bad habits at home there are no role models at home, so the video is a good refresher. I think this video should be mandatory and employees should watch the video at least once a year to avoid falling back into bad habits. Thank you!

Just bought a foot rest after this course which jogged my memory that I might need one.
Selecting new vid is annoying
This is broken into 45 videos – a bit too bite-size in my view. Given some are less than 30 seconds long, I think fewer and longer videos would be better.
