Thorough and helpful.
I learnt quite a few things I wasn't aware of. Ideally, I should follow all suggestions, but not sure how feasible this would be. I will certainly make adjustments in as many areas as I can.

Good Training
Good training, liked the examples of exercises to relieve tension, which could be done along with the video.
Clear, concise and well presented.
I enjoyed this course as the information was presented clearly and visually. A good summary of each section at the end.
Easy to follow
This was a great course to do. It was well put together and was easy to follow. I had no issues or problems with it.
