A very practical course on DSE and will put all into practice at my workstation.
Informative and essential training.
A good course to remind ourselves how important posture and eye care is when working with screens and sitting for long periods throughout the working day. In a classroom you are moving around a lot more frequently, but when remote working this changes the work dynamic. Really helpful course!

I found the content very informative and gave a good overview, I also liked the exercises suggested to ensure you don't take root on your chair, one of the best DSE assessments I have ever taken
