Clear and informative
A nice short course on DSE and how to avoid problems. Included a few things I hadn't thought about.

Video and graphics with visual demonstrations made it particularly informative and easy to understand
the course was too long in places.
Training is taking place in a busy office. Content too long in places which lead to myself becoming distracted.
