Th course was clear and logical, only with the necessary repetitions. It covered the most important areas of physical and mental stress when using DSE. The pieces of advise the training provides are useful and easy to follow. They are also well demonstrated.

too long, too slow, annoying actors
There is good information here, but presented very slowly and there is no double speed setting. The male presenter has a really condescending and inauthentic manner the whole thing could be condensed to 5 or 10 mins max
