Good, but incomplete
Does not consider home workers, neither does it provide real-world advice as to how to resolve these issues in a home environment. Also does not consider those who use a portrait monitor, such as Software engineers (Portrait monitors are especially helpful for Software Engineers as it allows them to see a wider scope of code at once and grasp a better understanding of the code as it's all in 1 screen without needing to scroll back and forth). Other than that, I feel it was relatively comprehensive
Informative and helpful.
The course is really informative and therefore helpful. My only slightly issue is seeing the presenters eyes moving with the autocue – this is often distracting and I have to look away. Aside from this…..perfect 🙂

Very helpful
Very helpful especially as working from home where you may not consider all the factors automatically. It was also very well presented and the use of the video presentations very good.
A useful training session
It is clear and concise. some useful tips for exercises and it does make you think about how you are physically and mentally getting the best out of your working day.
