Interesting course, shows the world we live in today.

This was an engaging course not just about the workplace but in all walks of life. I am already quite empathic always ready to listen and help others in any way I am able. However I do not always think in depth about how inequality and diversity can affect people in so many ways throughout the course of their day. in reality all they strive to do and unconditionally deserve is to be treated with the same respect and freedom as the majority. I liked the comparison of drink choices in a Cafeteria how it is totally accepted that a small group of say half a dozen people all choose a different drink. Yet we treat people differently according to our perceptions which are generally misguided. I also thought a good reflective tool in the module was to take 60 seconds to think about how you would feel if this was happening to you. In conclusion thank you for a well delivered an
