Excellent overview
Meaty and lots of information to digest. Makes understanding the difference between Equality and Equity very clear, the factors that make up discrimination, the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and ways in which individuals can help change organisational culture for the better.
More detailed than needed
Informative and thought provoking but considerably more detailed than needed for the role for which employed
Excellent course
This EDI course was excellent, thorough and I liked the way it gave the reflective time. The trainers kept it simple, so every topic could be understood and it used relatable examples. The way the training was delivered also kept my interest, as I was dreading taking the course before I started it, because of my examples of other EDI courses. I was pleasantly surprised by this course!
Explaination
I have a disability and I struggle sometimes , but I have a very understanding manager
Course is too long
I think the modules are too long compared to previous courses we have done
covered subjects that some were known and some were not but overall very informative.
This program to educate is very much appreciated and although some facts were already known, many facts were not this is a very good, informative and uplifting program. In the world we live in, a positive outlook is always aided with knowledge.
