Confidence is all about.
It gave me the confidence that I can do the customer service, safe, poperly. I'm hoping that the customers will see the difference and the benefits, as I will try my best to apply the learning skills. Good job and Thanks
Good but could be better
If this was the only Customer Service Training I received, I would have been somewhat confident but not completely confident going forward with all that I watched and learned. There wasn't enough Customer Service scenarios, examples, interactions as a means to truly learn.
Just a little too long.
Well presented and situations covered well. Some interesting facts and good advice.

The whole course seemed comprehensive and clarifies what customers should receive
Fast-forward function?
Not skip to the back, but like, make it go faster than this pace maybe? I know Linkedln Learning had this function (well it have both fast forward and scroll past the whole video function actually, but the second one maybe not much of a good idea)

Useful and informative
A useful course and good reminder of the standards we should be working to. Thank you for including a transcribed page and subtitles on the video. I have a slight hearing impairment that makes hearing courses like this difficult sometimes so I really appreciated the thought that had gone into this.
