Interesting stuff, should be useful…

This course managed to present a decent amount of information in a relatively short time, and did so in a way that was neither too simple or too complicated. (In other words, it managed to explain some interesting new concepts and ideas in ways that made sense to the student while not depending too much upon the sort of technical jargon that it discouraged its own customers from using). Moreover, it was presented in a very stimulating audio-visual way by a presenter whose soothing voice proved to be very apt for explaining these issues to students without ever becoming too patronising, yes…? All in all, therefore, the course was well worth it in the end, and should prove to be pretty useful in my new line of work.

Relatively simple with guide

Easily done when reviewed a couple times over, just the social media part got confusing when people leave a review via social media so I’d presume that a reply would be good costumer service..

Nice and easy to follow

Over all this was a nice course. It was a good way to raise awareness of the importance of customer service and a reminder not to take complaints personally but to offer a solution. Thank you.

Some really useful tips and information on this course.

intro and 1st slide confusing

Defining everyone as customers in 1st two paragraphs then not stipulating if they were internal etc in the remaining slides was a little confusing. Test questions with double negatives were confusing also.
