I found that the video's were very good. It helped me to be more aware in regards to those situations. I really learnt something. It would good to able to view these video's even after course had finish just to refresh. Thank you for the experience.

Appreciated the small bite approach

Covers important topics and how to approach problems big and small.

interesting course with good information to help with conflict resolution although a subject like this would benefit from person to person training with role play as it can be very emotive and difficult to portray with distance learning, but a great introduction course.

Conflict starts with expectations and when someone does not meet that or those expectations, this is best resolved with positive body language and good communication skills. Asking open questions and seeking common ground, brainstorming is a positive way at arriving at a solution that is suitable to all parties.

Easy and simple to follow and informative all in all a good course.
