Useful and a god refresher. Might be helpful to add in a slide on brining the employees attention to the company policy as well to encourage them to recognise the support they can access.

A great course, broken down into sizeable chunks, to the point without too much information but still covered the points that needed to be made, the information being shared and displayed was easy to read and understand.
The importance of communication
Really good course, highlighting the importance of good communication and the ability to listen and understand the other persons point of view. It also highlighted not sitting on things to prevent small things escalating.
