Great course lots of logic easy solution

I would say I enjoyed the course, but this only seems to be about in person conflict not what to do if someone calls you and is giving you a personal verbal attack. And then verbally insults you by email. Not really covered on how to stop deal with this in a professional manner.

I liked this much better than the course we did in house previously. I actually learned more from this that the one previously and it didn't last for weeks.

Very well explained

This was a great course as everyone has conflicts in the workplace at some stage. This helps you to stop and think things through, rather than reacting emotionally which is usually the first feeling that comes into play. It gives the tools needed to assist you when you find yourself in this situation. thanks for this.
