Clear. Not too long
The course wasn't too long. I thought the speaker kept it interesting. Good lessons and reminders of how we all should be communicating. Body language and tone is something we subconsciously use incorrectly at times and as a result send the wrong message.
EASY UNDERSTANDING
the course provided the learner to think within themselves how to provide clear communication when interacting with others. Clear communication is key.
