As training courses go the way this has been made is refreshing. Rather than using PowerPoint presentations and a robotic narration with lots of text, the main speaker spoke clearly at a good speed and came across like it was their opinion (rather than just reading the teleprompter). The content itself was very clear in terms of distinguishing the differences between the types of bullying and harassment and definitely has made things more clear for me going forward if it is ever directed to me or in the vicinity of it happening to someone else going forward
