Good useful information

Gives a comprehensive introduction to bullying and harassment. However, somewhat fanciful is the notion that confronting a bully is ever the right idea? Plus, sticking up anti bullying posters around the workplace may not endear you to HR (or anyone for that matter) and may land you in a whole heap of unintended trouble.

I think rather than Gender reassignment you should label it as gender identity

Gender reassignment reads very dated and implies that someone has had surgery to align with their gender. You can identify as trans or non-binary without having had gender reassignment procedures. So this term to me excludes people who are trans or gender non-conforming who haven't medically "transitioned". This could further alienate people, because someone could invalidate someones gender identity because they haven't or don't want to medically transition. Gender identity however can encompass a spectrum of genders.
