yes it was good and informative
i have large team of females so i found this useful, the trick is to identify things quickly and my team are very good at sharing anything they observe which helps me keep on top of anything that needs addressed. They all know its zero tolerance, and everyone is entitled to a fair, nice, inclusive working environment
Equal Pay
In your module there is two videos regarding Equality showing a women earning less than a man for doing the same job, where the sentiment is correct there are times and jobs where women are paid more than men so the videos should reflect both ways not just that the women should be paid the same as a man. A man should also be paid the same as a women for doing the same job.
