Good refresher training, clearly delivered with structured sections that are easy to understand.
great course, however..
The information and knowledge shared and discussed in this course will only be useful and helpful in organisation with absolutely zero biased within the management level. We have witnessed and experienced many bullying cases within our team, all originated by the same people. The victims have reported to head of team but no proper action have been taken by the company. The victims have since resigned. The company has only repeated this kind of training course in respond to the bullying cases.
