Excellent content, clear and informative
I found this training to be very useful, I have taken many notes throughout for reference. I found the summary after each section to be particularly helpful.
Well-presented and informative but left some gaps.
Generally very helpful but omitted any information on bullying/ harassment/ discrimination that is not necessarily interpersonal. An organisations IT system characteristics may create these issues because of poor design and, with AI increasingly in use at the workplace, the IT system may be the perpetrator. Also, no mention of cyber-bullying. Presented an over-simplistic view of grievance procedures. There may not be clear evidential material available (such as emails, witnesses, etc.) with only hearsay/ one person's word against another.
ok but a bit boring

It is a very informative course a must for all levels of managnent
I have learnt a lot from this course mainly how to process a complaint in order to evaluate the complaint and to take it in a direction that can benefit the accused and accuser as well as proving that the Bullying and Harassment Company policy works for ALL levels.
Fair
Easy to understand
Wow it's all about feelings.
Anti bulling is a good thing to promote, but it could be used as a weapon by some.
Strong Knowledge
I’m happy to complete this course and it’s help a lot for the future
Well structured and clear
This course was well structed and clear. the only reason for 4 starts is that I believe one of the questions in the test is ambiguous, the one about legality and bully.
A very well delivered and thought provoking.
A very very delivered course on what can be an emotive subject. It was also very thought provoking in looking not just about behaviours but how we build a better working environment and culture.
