Bomb Threats and Suspicious Packages Training Reviews

A good reminder of how to react if a suspicious looking parcel is delivered. For me as a Visitor Experience Assistant it seemed too office orientated. We need training on how to react in a place where members of the public often leave bags etc in error.

I thought the coarse was excellent. Easy to understand and very informative.

I found the course to be very interesting and beneficial. I particularly liked the option to pre-print threat paperwork that could easily be stored by the phone in the event of such a threat. Overall – excellent
